Kailash Mota, 58, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with more than three decades of experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Finance and Capital Market Investing, including an experience of 20 years outside India.  Apart from this, is a Public Speaker, Career Counselor, trainer, Mentor and Faculty in accounting;  As a faculty member, he has mentored more than 300 students pursuing professional courses like CA, CS and CWA in India and Kenya.  As a freelancing career counselor, he has guided many studies in choosing their career paths and also Professionals to need guidance in changing their career paths. Currently, he is an International Recruitment Consultant and a career counselor based in Nairobi, Kenya.
